North Fort Harrison Clearwater Paver Walks

North Fort Harrison Avenue is the downtown Clearwater spine, with short courtyard walks, storefront entries, and older concrete that has settled at the sidewalk.

The job is usually a private walk or a small entry court, not a full commercial parking lot. Access is tight, and the public sidewalk has to stay open.

Courtyard walk sequence

We saw-cut or lift the failed slab, compact base to the sidewalk elevation, and set pavers so the entry does not hold water at the door. A soldier course at the right-of-way can be reset if the city later adjusts the walk.

Downtown lots often have utility lids in the field. We frame those lids with a border so a meter reader can open the box without cracking the pattern.

PaverForge Hardscapes serves downtown Clearwater from the St. Pete Beach shop. Call 727-490-9798 and send a photo of the entry and the sidewalk joint.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
