Old Northeast and Snell Isle Pavers in St. Petersburg

Old Northeast and Snell Isle are a short run from our St. Pete Beach shop, but they are not beach lots. Mature trees, brick streets, and waterfront edges change how you stage a crew and where the water goes.

PaverForge Hardscapes installs and re-levels pavers in these St. Petersburg neighborhoods so the field stays locked after summer rain. We already cover south St. Petersburg as a service area. This page is for the northeast waterfront streets.

What these lots actually need

  • A staging plan that fits a tight, parked-up street

  • Base work that does not pretend tree roots will stay put

  • Pitch away from the house and toward a drain that already works

  • Edge restraint that will not creep into the parkway

Waterfront and canal-adjacent yards add bulkhead bounce and drainage that has nowhere to hide. That spec is closer to our canal and waterfront guide than to a mainland two-car driveway in Largo.

What we quote here

New patios and walkways, driveway aprons, re-level work when the stones are still sound, and small walls where a grade change needs to hold. Work that touches the right-of-way is a different conversation than a patio inside the lot. We do not invent permit numbers.

How to start a quote

Call PaverForge Hardscapes at 727-490-9798 or use the book-online page. Send photos of the yard, the street frontage, and any ponding. We typically reply the same business day and will walk the lot before we lock a number.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
