Oldsmar Estates Neighborhood Driveways
Oldsmar Estates sits just off Tampa Road where lots mix older concrete drives with later paver replacements. The soil is typical north-Pinellas sugar sand over pockets of organics, so a driveway that only looks thick on the surface will dish at the throat after one wet season. PaverForge Hardscapes builds these fields from the undercut up so the crown stays and the apron still keys to the city sidewalk.
What these lots actually need
Most Oldsmar Estates drives take passenger cars plus the occasional trailer. We proof-roll after undercut, replace muck with crushed concrete in lifts, and hold a two-percent pitch off the garage slab. Side-load garages get a turning-radius apron so tire scuffs do not chew the soldier course. Where an HOA packet is required, we photograph the mock-up panel before the first pallet drops.
Edges, joints, and the Tampa Road splash
Street splash and irrigation overspray are the two things that wash joint sand on this corridor. We pin a salt-tolerant edge restraint, keep polymeric out of the first week of new sod irrigation, and leave a repair band of extra units from the same dye lot. If the city later raises the sidewalk, the throat can be re-keyed without tearing the whole field.
