On Top of the World Clearwater Community Drives and Cart Paths
On Top of the World sits west of US 19 in Clearwater with golf-cart traffic, HOA color rules, and work-hour windows that a typical single-family driveway job does not have. PaverForge Hardscapes builds and repairs interlocking drives, cart paths, and entry pads here without blocking neighbor carts or violating the packet the association already approved.
What this community actually needs
Carts cut corners at intersections and chew the same edge course week after week. A 60 mm patio paver in a cart path will rock. We spec 80 mm units on cart routes, a soldier or sailor course that can be swapped without opening the field, and a compacted base that does not pump when afternoon storms sit on the joints.
Cart-path radii at unit entries and mailbox clusters
Driveway aprons that meet the private street without a trip lip
Color lots that match the HOA board, not a leftover pallet
Weekend staging that stays off the cart lane
Permits, packets, and staging
Most On Top of the World lots still need a Pinellas or city permit when we change grade or the apron. We photograph existing pitch, mark irrigation, and put the approved product and pattern on one page so the architectural reviewer is not guessing from a phone photo. Materials stage on mats. Cut dust stays on the lot.
