Orange Blossom Neighborhood Driveways in Seminole
Orange Blossom in Seminole is a mix of 1960s and 1970s homes with long, narrow drives and mature citrus or oak in the front setback. PaverForge Hardscapes builds new paver fields and rebuilds settled walks here without blocking Park Boulevard access any longer than the work needs.
Base on Seminole sand
The native sand here looks clean until you hit a pocket of roots or an old septic trench. We proof-roll after excavation, undercut soft spots, and compact crushed concrete to a tight finish before any bedding sand goes down.
Eighty-millimeter pavers on drives, sixty-millimeter on walks unless the owner wants one thickness throughout. Borders are a darker soldier course so tire scuffs do not telegraph across the whole field.
Joints and first-week care
Polymeric sand goes in only after the field is dry enough to lock. We tell owners to keep irrigation off the joints for the first days and to stay off the drive until the sand has set. That one rule prevents more callbacks than any sealer pitch.
