Orange Estates Paver Driveways in Pinellas Park

Orange Estates is a Pinellas Park neighborhood off the 49th Street corridor. Many drives were poured thin or laid on sand, and the street crown dumps water at the apron after a summer cell.

Apron and sidewalk

The private field stops at the right-of-way. We match the city sidewalk grade, keep a clean joint at the back of the walk, and pitch the drive so water leaves the garage instead of sitting in the tire track.

Utility lids and cleanouts in the apron get a flush ring so the meter reader is not standing on a rocking paver.

When a re-level is enough

If the stones are sound and only the apron has settled, we lift, add base, and reset. If the section was never built, we excavate and compact in lifts. Eighty-millimeter pavers under cars. Edge restraint pinned, not just butted to the lawn.
