Orange Lake Estates sits on the Pinellas Park and Largo side of the county, inland from the beaches and closer to the 66th Street corridor. Yards are deeper than a beach cottage, and most drives carry two cars plus a trailer on weekends.

Drive section, not a patio spec

A 60 mm patio paver on a thin sand bed will rut under a truck. Drive fields here get a thicker compacted aggregate section, a bedding layer that is screeded not dumped, and an edge that is spiked on a spacing that holds the flare.

Where the apron meets the city sidewalk, we rebuild only the private field and match the existing approach. A stacked lip at the walk is a trip edge and a place for stormwater to pond.
