Osceola Avenue Clearwater Paver Courtyards
Osceola Avenue is an older Clearwater street of narrow lots, street trees, and courtyard entries that were poured when the house was new. Many of those courts now sit below the garage lip or hold water against the stoop after a hard rain.
A courtyard is not a driveway spec
Walks and entry courts that never see a tire can take a patio thickness. The moment a car crosses that court to the garage, the stone and the base change. We will not run a patio paver under a tire path because the lot is small. Edge restraint still has to hold, and the pitch still has to leave the house.
Street trees mean roots and irrigation. We undercut soft pockets, sleeve irrigation we have to cross, and keep the finished court flush to the existing walk so the entry does not gain a step that was not there.
Staging on a narrow frontage
Osceola frontages do not take a dump trailer in the travel lane. We stage tight, protect the parkway, and sequence the work so the house stays reachable. Color is the last conversation, after the grades are honest.
PaverForge Hardscapes is based in St. Pete Beach and runs these lots with the rest of Pinellas. Call 727-490-9798 or book at paverforge.com/book-online.
