Ozona Estates Neighborhood Driveways
Ozona Estates sits in the north-county grid between Ozona, Palm Harbor, and the Tampa Road corridor. Lots here mix older concrete ribbons, canopy oaks, and streets that do not always have a modern curb. PaverForge Hardscapes rebuilds those drives as interlocking fields that look finished from the porch and still drain after a summer storm.
Canopy lots and ribbon replacements
A two-track ribbon that has heaved at the oak is a common starting point. We convert it to a full field only when the owner wants it. When they want to keep a ribbon look, we rebuild two paver tracks on a shared compacted base with a planted or gravel center that still sheds water. Either way the edge is pinned, not just butted to sod.
String-line and laser control from the garage through the first oak.
Root-plate undercut only where the tree can spare it.
ASTM C33 bedding sand, not leftover concrete sand from a mixer.
Weekend staging windows that respect north-county work-hour rules.
Street without a standard curb
Some Ozona Estates streets end in a shallow swale instead of a raised curb. We hold the last course with extra pinning and a slightly tighter joint so tires do not walk the edge into the grass. If a future county overlay raises the throat, that last band can come up without opening the whole drive.
