Palm Hill Paver Walks and Drives in Central Largo

Palm Hill is the central Largo pocket of single-family houses, small rentals, and apartment edges near the downtown business district. Lots are modest, sidewalks are city concrete, and the private walk is often the only path from the driveway to a side door. PaverForge rebuilds those walks and the driveway throat without taking over the right of way.

The apron and the city sidewalk are different owners. We match elevation at the property line, keep the detectable slope off the public walk, and leave a clean joint so a later city grind does not telegraph into the pavers. If the throat needs a permit or a right-of-way review, we say so before the quote is treated as final.

Side-yard staging

There is rarely a side yard wide enough for a skid steer. Material comes in by the pallet, base is placed in lifts with a plate compactor, and cuttings are washed out away from storm inlets. Downspouts are tied past the bedding sand so the first summer storm does not pump the joint sand out.
