Palmetto Park Paver Courts in Northeast St. Petersburg

Palmetto Park is a northeast St. Petersburg pocket of older lots, mature oaks, and driveways that were set on a thin bed. Roots heave the field, and afternoon rain sits in the low joint.

What the court actually needs

We mark the root plate before we excavate. A live oak that owns the driveway gets a cut-out or a thickened base, not a paver laid over the crown. The rest of the field sits on compacted aggregate with a rigid edge at the apron.

Side courts and trash pads get their own pitch so wash water does not run back to the garage. Soldier-course borders hide tire scuffs on a long throat.

How to start

Send photos of the heave, the apron, and the side-yard path. PaverForge Hardscapes walks the lot before we lock a number. Call 727-490-9798 or book at https://www.paverforge.com/book-online.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
