Papaya Street Clearwater Beach Paver Courtyards

Papaya Street is a short Clearwater Beach block where cottages open onto small courtyards instead of long drives. The job is usually a guest walk, a side court, and a rinse pad, not a full motor court.

Courtyard pitch and salt air

We set the court below the finished-floor weep and pitch it to a channel or a side yard, not back under the slider. Edge restraint is metal or a concrete haunch. Polymeric sand is swept and activated so it does not haze the pavers in the salt air.

Outdoor showers and hose bibs get a trapped or pitched landing so rinse water does not stain the field. If a dune setback or flood note applies, we stay inside the existing hardscape footprint.

How to start

Call PaverForge Hardscapes at 727-490-9798. Send the courtyard and the slider threshold. We walk Papaya Street and the rest of Clearwater Beach before we lock a price.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
