Pasadena Shores Canal-Lot Pavers in South Pasadena

Pasadena Shores sits on the South Pasadena canal grid, a short run from our St. Pete Beach shop. Lots are narrow, seawalls are close to the driveway, and summer rain plus a king tide can sit on a thin sand bed until the pavers rock.

What these canal lots need

We open the failed field, undercut soft pockets, and rebuild a compacted crushed-concrete base before the bedding sand goes down. Edge restraint is pinned, not just butted against the seawall cap. Downspouts and the side-yard low spot get a path to a drain or the yard, not into the neighbor's joint sand.

Driveway, walk, and dock approach

A typical Pasadena Shores job is a two-car drive, a front walk, and a short dock or kayak approach. We keep the private field separate from the city apron, match the garage threshold, and leave a flush ring at cleanouts so the utility lid is not buried in the new field.

How to start

Call PaverForge Hardscapes at 727-490-9798 or use the book-online page. Photos of the street frontage, the low corner, and the seawall cap are enough for a same-day reply. We also cover South Pasadena, St. Pete Beach, Gulfport, and south St. Petersburg from the same crew.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
