Patricia Avenue Dunedin Paver Drives

Patricia Avenue is a residential street on the marina side of Dunedin. Oaks sit in the parkway, aprons are short, and the concrete usually fails at the sidewalk before it fails at the garage.

Where the apron settles

Roots lift one side. Sugar sand leaves the other. The car clips the lip, and a cold patch only lasts until the next wet season. The sidewalk is the city's. The apron is the part we can rebuild.

What we replace

We saw-cut the failed concrete, excavate to stable soil, and compact base in lifts. Pavers meet the city walk flush. A darker soldier course hides tire scuff. Root barriers go in only where a root is actually under the throat, not as a default trench around the tree.

Send the apron photo to PaverForge@gmail.com or call 727-490-9798. We build these drives across Dunedin and the rest of Pinellas.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
