Peppertree Village Neighborhood Driveways in Clearwater

Peppertree Village sits in east Clearwater with a mix of side-load garages and mature irrigation. Those two details decide whether a new paver drive lasts or starts raveling at the throat after the first wet season. PaverForge Hardscapes builds the turning apron and the lids into the layout instead of treating them as afterthoughts.

Side-load turning radius

A side-load stall needs a wider flare and a thicker section where tires scrub. We run 80mm units through the turning path, keep 60mm only on walks, and set a trench drain only when the garage slab sits below the street — not as decoration. Edge restraint is pinned through the flare so the first summer of deliveries does not walk the border.

Lids, staining, and reclaimed-water overspray

Water-meter and cleanout rings get reset flush before joint sand. Reclaimed-water staining on existing fields is cleaned before we decide whether the units can stay. New joints stay off the irrigation clock for the manufacturer cure window so Peppertree Village controllers do not wash sand into the street.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
