Perry Bayview Paver Driveways in Northeast St. Petersburg

Perry Bayview is a northeast St. Petersburg neighborhood off the 4th Street North corridor, closer to the bayou lots than to downtown. Drives here are often long enough for two cars, shaded by oaks, and crossed by irrigation and cable that were added after the original slab.

Shade plus irrigation stain is the usual failure, not traffic volume. Joints open, bedding sand pumps out at the garage, and a low spot forms where the downspout used to dump on the concrete. PaverForge cuts the failed section, resets grade so water leaves the house, and rebuilds the field in a mix pulled from several pallets so the color does not blotch under the canopy.

Side yards in Perry Bayview are the service path for pool equipment, the air conditioner, and the trash run. A narrow paver pad with a trapped drain, rather than a solid ribbon against the stucco, keeps that path usable after a summer rain. Service details live at paverforge.com/services.

  • Root-heave cuts get a root barrier and a rebuilt base, not a surface patch

  • Hose bibs and valve boxes are reset flush with a grade ring

  • Edge restraint is pinned on the corners before polymeric sand goes in

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
