Pinellas Point and Lakewood Estates Pavers on the South Bay
Pinellas Point and Lakewood Estates sit on the south end of St. Petersburg, closer to the bay than to the Gulf beaches. Lots are bigger than Pass-a-Grille. Water still finds the low corner. King tides and summer storms test every patio that was set flat "so the table would not wobble." PaverForge Hardscapes builds and resets those fields from St. Pete Beach.
Bay-side movement
These neighborhoods mix mid-century slabs, later additions, and yards that were filled toward the water. A driveway that looks fine in February can hold a sheet of water in August. We shoot grade, find the outfall, and refuse a flat field that has nowhere to go.
Driveways and circular courts with a compacted base and a defined edge.
Rear patios pitched to a drain or toward the yard, never back under the slider.
Walks that follow the house without trapping water against the stucco.
Re-levels where settlement followed a storm or a tree removal.

We already cover Maximo, Isla del Sol, Gulfport, and south St. Petersburg. Pinellas Point and Lakewood Estates get their own page because searchers type the neighborhood, not the city. The build spec is the same: base, pitch, edge, sand.
