Prospect Lake and West Cleveland Street Driveways in Clearwater

Prospect Lake and the west end of Cleveland Street sit in a Clearwater pocket of mature oaks, small lake-lot setbacks, and driveways that were poured when the street was quieter. Roots heave the old slabs. Lake-side lots also push stormwater toward the house if the new field is flat.

PaverForge Hardscapes undercuts heaved sections, installs a root barrier where the arborist agrees, and rebuilds with interlocking pavers that can be lifted later. We keep a two-percent pitch to the street or a side-yard basin so the lake lot does not drain into the garage.

Oak canopy lots

Canopy lots need wet-saw dust control and a shorter daily haul so limbs stay intact. We mix paver pallets on the sand bed so color blotch does not land in one rectangle under the oak drip line, where sun and shade already split the field.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
