The hardscape has to match an architectural review, not just a homeowner’s sample board.

What review usually asks for

Color, border, and driveway width are the items that bounce a packet. We mark the existing apron, the garage elevation, and the pool-beam joint before we draw a pattern. A sample panel on site saves a second review. We keep the private field off the county or city apron so a later grind-and-raise does not belong to the association.
