Sandpebble Paver Driveways in Seminole

Sandpebble sits on the Seminole side of Lake Seminole, inland of Park Boulevard. Lots are sandy, many drives share a narrow apron with the city sidewalk, and a flat crown ponds after a summer storm.

Sugar sand under a thin base

Sugar sand and old fill under these lots pump when a tire stops on a wet day. A Sandpebble drive laid on a skim of bedding sand will rock at the garage and open joints along the tire path. We excavate to a depth that leaves compacted aggregate under the field.

  • Geotextile under the base where the native sand is loose

  • One-way pitch or a light crown that does not dump water at the garage

  • Flush joint at the sidewalk so the apron does not become a trip lip

  • Side-yard staging through the gate so the lawn and irrigation heads survive

HOA edges and color

Many Seminole communities want a soldier-course border and a color that matches the neighbor field. We pull from mixed pallets so the court does not blotch, and we set a rigid edge so the border does not creep into the sod.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
