Seminole Mall and 113th Street North Commercial-Adjacent Drives
Seminole Mall and the 113th Street North frontage are not a quiet subdivision street. Delivery vans, cart traffic, and a public sidewalk that already has a job sit next to lots that still want a clean paver drive.
PaverForge Hardscapes treats this corridor as commercial-adjacent work from our St. Pete Beach shop. We do not sell a patio paver as a drive that will see weekly box-truck traffic.
What this corridor actually does to a field
The apron often meets a wide sidewalk and a drainage inlet that belongs to the county or the mall parcel, not to your garage. If the field is set flat so it looks level with the slab, water sits at the door or sheets toward the neighbor.
Utility locates first. 113th is dense with fiber, irrigation sleeves, and older laterals.
80mm herringbone on a compacted aggregate base sized for vehicles, not a 60mm patio spec.
Apron pitch set to the public drainage, not a guess at the garage door.
A pinned edge that can be opened later when the next utility cut arrives.
Storefront walks and parking pads
We also rebuild short storefront walks and employee pads that have pumped sand after a wet season. If the existing stones are still sound, we re-level. If the base was a thin sand bed, we excavate.
How to start
Call PaverForge Hardscapes at 727-490-9798 or book at https://www.paverforge.com/book-online. Send photos of the apron, the sidewalk joint, and any ponding. We walk the lot before we lock a number.
