Seminole Manor is a compact mid-county neighborhood where original concrete drives meet narrow lots and busy side streets. Aprons and drainage

A one-way pitch toward the street is fine when the lot already falls that way. On flat lots we add a shallow swale or a throat drain instead of crowning a short drive that would trip at the garage. Utility lids get grade rings so the field can be lifted later without a full tear-out.

Color and border
