Seminole Woods Neighborhood Driveways
Seminole Woods is a canopy neighborhood west of Lake Seminole. Live oaks shade the drives, roots plate under old slabs, and HOA packets still want a clean soldier-course border. PaverForge Hardscapes designs the field so the trees stay and the driveway still locks.
Root plates without a full tear-out of the yard
Where a root flare lifts one bay of concrete, we undercut only that plate, set a geotextile, and rebuild with 80mm units. We do not wrap a live oak in a plastic ring that will girdle it. Tree wells and planter pockets get a defined soldier band so the field can be swept and resanded without dumping joint stone into the bed.
80mm driveway units; 60mm only on walks and courtyard pads.
Herringbone or 90-degree running bond under tire tracks; decorative bands stay off the wheel path.
Color-blend across at least three pallets so one lot does not blotch in the Seminole sun.
HOA packet photos of sample panels before the full pallet drop.
Access
Side yards in Seminole Woods are often fence-tight. We stage from the street with access mats and keep the dumpster off the finished field. Call 727-490-9798 and we will walk the oak drip line with you before anyone cuts a saw joint.
