Seville Driveways in Clearwater

Seville is an inland Clearwater neighborhood near Missouri Avenue and Belleair Road. The lots are older, the irrigation is often reclaimed, and the original concrete drives have map-cracked. PaverForge replaces those drives with a compacted base and a field that hides tire marks.

Why Seville drives fail

A slab poured on native sand settles at the garage throat and at the apron. Reclaimed water leaves rust at the hose bib and along the expansion joint. We remove the failed concrete, undercut soft pockets, and set 80mm pavers with a darker soldier course so scuffs stay on the border.

Side yards are tight. Pallets stage on the street side of the drive, and lawn mats protect the sod. The city sidewalk joint stays the city's. We match the apron height so the new field does not create a lip at the right-of-way.

Call 727-490-9798 or book online. Photos of the cracked slab, the garage threshold, and the sidewalk joint are enough for a same-day reply. We also serve Belleair, Largo, and Clearwater Beach from the same shop.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
