Snell Isle Boulevard Courtyards
Snell Isle Boulevard loops through the waterfront pocket east of 4th Street North, between Coffee Pot Bayou and Smacks Bayou. Homes sit close to the street, many with a short motor court and a private courtyard on the water side. Salt air, live oaks, and a seawall cap a few feet from the patio are the usual constraints.
Courtyard detailing on Snell Isle
PaverForge Hardscapes builds these fields on a compacted base with a border that can be lifted when a marine contractor needs the seawall cap. Pitch runs to a channel drain or the yard, not over the cap. We keep a movement joint where the patio meets the house so seasonal shift does not telegraph into the stucco.
Driveway throats on the boulevard are tight. Apron pavers are set to meet the existing street edge without covering a city inlet or a water meter. Color is chosen for salt fade, and polymeric sand is the joint, not loose mortar that cracks in the first storm season.

Call PaverForge Hardscapes at 727-490-9798. Photos of the courtyard, the seawall edge, and the street throat are enough for a same-day reply. We walk Snell Isle before locking a number, and the shop is on St. Pete Beach.
