South Fort Harrison Clearwater Paver Walks

South Fort Harrison Avenue is the residential run south of downtown Clearwater. The mix is small front courts, a few alley-side parking pads, and walks that meet a busier sidewalk than a quiet subdivision street.

Sidewalk, slope, and the travel lane

We do not own the public walk. The field is set to meet it, pitched off the stoop, and restrained so it does not creep toward the sidewalk joint. Where an alley pad takes a car, the stone is a driveway thickness on compacted base. A courtyard that is only a walking court stays a patio spec.

Staging has to stay off the travel lane. We keep pallets tight to the lot, cover cuts, and leave the sidewalk passable at the end of the day.

What usually fails here

The common failure is a sand bed under an old walk that settled at the street, or a plastic edge that kicked out along the parkway. Re-leveling a sound field is often enough. A pretty overlay on a moving base is not.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
