St. Pete Municipal Marina and The Pier Approach Walks

The approaches to The Pier and St. Pete Municipal Marina take constant foot traffic, salt air, and weekend event loads. Storefront walks and small courtyard pads in this pocket fail first at the joints and at the slider thresholds facing the basin.

PaverForge Hardscapes rebuilds those walks with a dense, well-compacted base, a two-percent pitch off the storefront, and a slip-resistant texture that still looks finished in photos. We use a darker soldier-course border that hides scuffs from dollies and cooler carts.

Salt and event traffic

Polymeric sand here needs a dry window and a light mist, not a flood rinse that leaves haze on cream-colored fields. Metal edge restraint should be a coastal alloy or a concrete haunch; cheap spikes pull out of sand after a king-tide weekend.

PaverForge Hardscapes is based in St. Pete Beach and works downtown marina approaches. Call 727-490-9798 or visit https://www.paverforge.com.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
