Tangerine Avenue St. Pete Beach Paver Walks

Tangerine Avenue is a residential street on St. Pete Beach, off the Gulf Boulevard traffic. Lots are small, many houses turn over as rentals, and the sand under a thin walk will not hold a slab.

What the beach lot does to a walk

Sugar sand pumps under a cracked panel. Guests trip at the city sidewalk. A pressure wash that strips the joint sand makes the next storm worse. Overlaying the old concrete just hides the soft base.

The walk we build

We excavate, compact, and set the field so the public sidewalk joint stays flush. Bedding sand is screeded, not dumped. Polymeric sand goes in after the field is dry, not the same afternoon as a gulf shower. The pitch leaves the house and the rental entry.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
