The Landings at Tampa Bay sits on the Pinellas Bayway approach in south St. Petersburg, a gated waterfront community where dump-truck access is limited and the HOA cares about the finished look from the street. PaverForge Hardscapes builds interlocking drives and walks here from St. Pete Beach.

Access, fill, and the apron

Bayway-adjacent fill is mixed. We undercut organic pockets, compact in lifts, and set the garage-slab lip first so a car does not scrape and water still leaves the throat. The city or community apron is treated as its own section, photographed for the packet, and keyed to the private field instead of butted as an afterthought.

Pallets land on access mats. Cuts are sequenced so one household car can still park overnight. We do not block the Bayway stack with a dump pile.
