Twin Brooks is a Largo pocket near East Bay Drive and the Seminole Boulevard line. Yards are tight between the house and the side fence, irrigation often crosses the driveway edge, and sugar sand pumps under a thin base.

Side-yard access

Most Twin Brooks jobs stage through a side gate, not a wide front apron. We plan pallet drops, plate-compactor passes, and a construction entrance so the lawn and irrigation heads survive the work.

Heads and valve boxes that sit in the field get a flush sleeve or a grade ring so the next service call does not mean prying pavers.

Base and edge

A pretty color will not hold a car on pumped sand. We size the base for driveway load, restrain the edge, and lock the joints after compaction. If the existing stones are still sound and the base is the problem, we re-level instead of throwing the field away.
