USF St. Petersburg and Bayboro Harbor Campus-Adjacent Drives
The Bayboro Harbor edge of downtown St. Petersburg mixes campus traffic, waterfront apartments, and short commercial drives. PaverForge Hardscapes installs and repairs paver pads along that harbor rim where service vans, compact cars, and storm surge all share the same few hundred square feet.
Harbor-edge base and drainage
Soils near the harbor run from fill to sugar sand. A thin base that worked on a dry patio will rut under repeated parking. We thicken the crushed-concrete or limestone base, compact in lifts, and keep the field above standing water after a king tide plus rain.
Utility lids for campus and municipal lines cut through many of these pads. We set collars so a lid can come up without tearing a two-foot halo of pavers, and we match the surrounding course so the patch does not read as a scar.
Access while school and harbor traffic move
These jobs cannot close a lane for a week. We phase the pad, keep one in-and-out path, and schedule noisy compaction outside class-change and event windows when we can.
