Walsingham Lakes Paver Courts in Largo
Walsingham Lakes is the residential pocket around the Walsingham Road lakes in Largo, a short run from Walsingham Park. Court yards here sit low, and a king-tide or summer cloudburst can push water toward the house if the pavers pitch the wrong way.
Courts that drain away from the house and the lake edge
We set the finished court to fall toward a lawn swale, a pop-up emitter, or an existing catch basin, not toward the slider or the lake bank. Bedding sand stays at a consistent thickness so the field does not settle into a birdbath after the first wet season.
Screen cages, boat rinse, and joint sand
Many Walsingham Lakes lots already have a screen cage or a small dock approach. We leave a bond break at the cage kick plate and a trapped drain where a boat or dog gets rinsed, so rinse water does not sheet into the joints. Polymeric sand is swept only after the field is dry and the weather window is clear.

Re-level of settled sections without a full tear-out when the base is still sound
