Walsingham Road Corridor Hardscapes in Largo

Walsingham Road is the east-west spine past Walsingham Park, the neighborhoods south of Ulmerton, and the commercial bits that face the park. Lots here take school traffic, weekend park overflow, and afternoon storms that sheet across a flat lawn. PaverForge Hardscapes builds corridor drives that stay in plane after that weekly abuse.

Residential drives off Walsingham

Most houses sit on a short apron with a live oak or a slash pine near the property pin. We locate utilities, keep the first course off the trunk flare, and use a root-friendly edge instead of burying a tree in bedding sand. Eighty-millimeter units belong on the drive. Sixty-millimeter units belong on the walk.

  • Catch basins at the low corner instead of a river across the sidewalk.

  • Darker borders that hide school-run tire scuffs.

  • Compacted recycled or virgin base chosen for the existing soil, not a catalog default.

  • Park-adjacent lots staged so trail users keep a clear walk during install.

Small commercial pads on the same corridor

Office and medical pads along Walsingham need stall striping later. We leave the field flat enough to stripe, add a detectable-warning plate only where an accessible route requires it, and keep dumpster pads isolated so grease and hydraulic fluid do not wick into the public walk.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
