25th Avenue North St. Pete Courtyards
25th Avenue North crosses the Old Northeast toward the bay, with courtyard lots that were poured decades ago and later capped in pavers. Shade from street oaks keeps the bedding damp, and a sand-set field settles at the slider first.
What these courtyards need
We read the courtyard against the house slab, the screen footer, and the side-yard exit. A low corner at the slider is a base problem, not a sand-top-up. Where the field has walked, we pull that bay, rebuild the base, and reset pavers we can reuse.
Base under shade
Compacted base, restrained edges, and polymeric sand hold up better under irrigation and oak shade than a loose sand set. Pitch leaves the house and does not pond on the pool coping or the neighbor's fence line.
