Countryside Country Club Driveways in Clearwater
Countryside Country Club sits on the north Clearwater side of the Countryside corridor, with fairway lots, cart-path crossings, and driveways that have to look finished from the street and still drain after a gulf storm.
PaverForge Hardscapes rebuilds interlocking paver drives, entry walks, and small courtyard pads here when the original concrete has cracked at the garage or the cart-path edge has settled below the private field.
Cart paths, flares, and HOA packets
Where a golf-cart path meets the drive, we keep the two surfaces independent. A keyed transition and a pinned edge stop the cart path from dragging the private field when the path is resurfaced. Architectural review usually wants a sample, a border detail, and a note that work stays inside the lot line.
We measure the garage lip, set a two-percent pitch to the street, and photograph compacted base before pavers so the packet matches what the inspector will see.
Shade and joint sand
Fairway oaks keep parts of these drives damp. Polymeric sand goes in only after the field is dry and the irrigation is off for the cure window. Overspray on fresh joints is the fastest way to haze a new drive.
