Flush AC Condensate Splash Pads at Paver Walks
A condensate line dumped on a paver walk leaves a green stripe, a soft joint, and a slick spot at the lanai door. PaverForge Hardscapes cuts in a flush splash pad or a short trapped run so the drip leaves the field. Call 727-490-9798 or book at https://www.paverforge.com/book-online.
What the stain is doing
Primary drain lines from a closet air handler or a package unit can discharge a steady stream in August. On polymeric sand that stream opens a joint, then the bedding washes. The fix is not a darker sealer. It is a landing for the water and a path off the walk.
We lift a small panel, set a textured paver or stone splash that sits flush, and pitch it to a pop-up, a planted bed, or an existing yard drain. The line is extended so it no longer terminates on the soldier course.
Lanai and side-yard cases
On cage floors the splash has to stay inside the drainage plane of the deck, not against the house slab. We keep the pad clear of the screen-door track and the equipotential bond grid. Side-yard walks get a narrower pad so the gate still swings.
Algae is rinsed after the joint is re-locked. We do not promise a bleach cure for a line that is still dripping on the same paver. Related pad and drain work is on https://www.paverforge.com/services.
When to call
Call when the joint under the drip is open, the pavers rock, or the walk stays wet into the evening. A one-panel repair is a short visit if the rest of the field is sound.
