Flush Downspout Pop-Up Emitter Rings in a Paver Yard
Roof leaders that daylight through a pop-up in the lawn often get paved over when the side yard becomes a walk. The next clog means prying pavers to find a lid that was never meant to live under polymeric sand.
A ring, not a buried lid
We set a flush grade ring around the emitter so the lid sits in the field, opens without a pry bar, and does not rock when a cart crosses it. The pipe stays at the elevation the plumber or irrigator set. We do not lower it to hide a bad pitch.
Ring sized to the emitter lid, not a generic valve box
Pitch the surrounding field away from the house
Keep polymeric sand out of the emitter throat
Do not trap the pop-up under a soldier course
Where the water is allowed to go
A pop-up that dumps at the neighbor fence or back at the slab is not fixed by a prettier ring. We confirm the outfall is legal for the lot, then build the ring so maintenance does not reopen the court.
PaverForge Hardscapes sets these rings on St. Pete Beach and across Pinellas. Call 727-490-9798 or book at https://www.paverforge.com/book-online.
