Flush EV Charger Conduit Sleeves in Paver Drives

An EV charger pad is only half the job if the conduit is an afterthought. Saw-cutting a finished paver drive to pull a whip leaves a patched strip that settles at a different rate than the field.

PaverForge Hardscapes sets a flush conduit sleeve in the drive, either before the bedding sand or as a cut-in on a repair, so the electrician can pull the charger circuit later.

How the sleeve is set

We locate the future charger with the electrician, sleeve the conduit through the base, and finish the opening with a paver plug or a small access ring that sits flush with the field. The sleeve stays above the bedding sand so it is not buried when the drive is compacted.

The charger pedestal itself still needs its own pad and a setback from the garage door swing. The sleeve is the path for the whip, not the footing.

Call 727-490-9798 before the drive is sealed if you want the sleeve in the same mobilization. Photos of the panel side of the house and the drive are enough to start.
