Flush Pool Autofill Vault Rings in a Paver Deck
A pool autofill, or water-leveler, lives in a small deck vault with a float valve. If that lid is buried in the paver field, the first low-water alarm means a tear-out. PaverForge sets a flush ring so the lid sits with the finished deck.
Why the lid has to stay serviceable
The float, the fill line, and the overflow need a clear opening. We cut the paver field around the vault, set a grade ring or soldier frame to the deck elevation, and keep polymeric sand out of the lid seam. The deck still pitches away from the house, and the ring does not create a trip edge.
Salt air, screen cages, and the equipment pad
Pinellas salt air corrodes a cheap lid hinge. We leave the vault isolated from the pool beam, note the fill-line route before pavers go down, and keep the ring clear of the screen-cage footer. If the leveler shares a pad with the pump, that pad stays a separate pour or paver island so vibration does not crack the deck field.
Lid sits flush, not proud of the pavers
Sand and debris kept out of the float chamber
Marked on the as-built so the next pool tech can find it
