Flush Pop-Up Emitter Splash Rings in Paver Edges
Pop-up emitters at the lawn edge blow mulch and stain pavers if the discharge lands on bedding sand. Bury the head in the field and the next clog means prying a course of stone.
PaverForge Hardscapes sets a small flush ring or splash pad so the emitter stays serviceable and the joint sand stays in the joints.
Where the ring goes
At the low edge of a patio, at the end of a downspout line that daylighted into the yard, or beside a channel drain outlet that was never given a landing. The ring is flush with the pavers or the lawn grade so a mower does not catch it.
We do not pipe roof water onto a neighbor or into a pool deck. The outlet still needs a place that already drains.
Why a bare emitter fails the field
Discharge on open bedding sand washes the joint and leaves a stain line. A hard splash surface takes the first hit, and the ring marks the head so irrigation or drainage service can find it.
