HOA Architectural Review Packets for Pinellas Paver Projects
A Pinellas HOA rarely rejects a paver job because the stone is ugly. It stalls because the packet is a phone photo and a color name. Boards want to see the mix, the border, the coverage of the driveway, and sometimes the drainage note. We put that on one page so the meeting does not become a redesign.
What a usable packet includes
Manufacturer, blend, and a border course that matches what we will order.
A simple plan of the driveway or patio with the existing apron called out.
Notes on edge restraint and where water leaves the field.
A sample or board when the HOA asks to see the mix in sun, not only online.
What we will not put in writing
We will not promise a base depth we are not building, and we will not submit a pattern we cannot install on that lot. If the board wants a herringbone field on a driveway that is too narrow for a clean layout, we say so before the packet goes in. HOA review is part of the job on Carillon, Feather Sound, East Lake Woodlands, and a long list of mid-county streets. It is not a separate product. It is how the work gets approved without a surprise after the pallets arrive.
