Isolating an Exterior Radon Fan from a Paver Side Yard

An exterior radon fan is not the same detail as a flush vent sleeve through a patio. The fan vibrates, drips condensate, and needs a service radius. PaverForge Hardscapes sets an isolation pad so that unit does not sit on the finished paver field.

What the pad does

The pad is a small concrete or paver island, separated from the walk by a joint. Condensate is piped to a trapped drain or a splash basin, not across polymeric sand. We leave the clearance the mitigation contractor marks, and we do not bury the disconnect or the exhaust.

If the fan is already on the walk, we cut a repair band, reset the border, and hand the pipe exit back to the mitigation firm. We do not relocate radon piping.

Include it on the hardscape quote

Call PaverForge Hardscapes at 727-490-9798. A photo of the fan, the pipe, and the paver edge is enough for the walk-through.
