Night-Load Pallet Drops on Tight Pinellas Coastal Lots
A Treasure Island, Redington, or Pass-a-Grille lot may have eight feet of apron and a neighbor's finished driveway on both sides. A daylight boom drop is how you crack a city apron and start an HOA complaint. PaverForge Hardscapes schedules night-load or early-morning pallet drops when the street is empty and the association's quiet-hour window still allows it.
How a night drop is run
Locates are painted first. Access mats cover the lawn and any existing pavers. Pallets land on the undercut or on cribbing, not on the sidewalk. Color blend starts that night so the field does not get a single-pallet blotch along the house wall.
We confirm HOA work hours in writing. Some coastal boards allow 7 a.m. start; others want after-8. The quote names the window so the truck is not guessing at the gate.
Plan the drop with the crew
Send the gate code policy, the apron width, and a photo of both neighbor drives. We will tell you whether a night drop is required or whether a mid-block staging pad is cleaner. PaverForge Hardscapes stages tight coastal lots from Tierra Verde through Clearwater Beach. Call 727-490-9798 or email PaverForge@gmail.com.
