PaverForge Hardscapes designs and installs pavers for homes in St. Pete Beach and nearby south Pinellas. New layouts and re-lays. The goal is a surface that stays level, drains away from the house, and still looks like the plan you approved.
What we install
Paver patios and outdoor living pads
Paver driveways
Walkways and entry paths
Pool decks when the existing structure is ready for pavers
Re-lays and re-leveling of settled pavers
Borders, soldier courses, and pattern work
Related work such as retaining walls, stone veneer, columns, and 3D renderings is quoted on the same visit when it belongs on the same job.
Why pavers on the beach side of Pinellas
Sandy soil moves. Afternoon storms dump water fast. Salt air hits Treasure Island and St. Pete Beach harder than inland lots. A poured slab that cracks is a full tear-out. A paver field can be lifted, the base reset, and the same stones put back.
Concrete pavers are the usual choice for driveways and most patios. Natural stone, including travertine on pool decks, stays cooler in full sun and handles salt better. We spec the material to the use.
How an install is built
On-site look: measure, photos, grade, drainage, access
Layout: pattern, border, elevations; 3D rendering when needed
Excavation and compacted base sloped away from the house
Setting bed, lay, cuts, and edge restraint
Compact and fill joints
Walkthrough before we leave
A thin sand layer on raw dirt is not an install. The base is the part you never see and the part that fails first if it is skipped.

FAQ
How long do pavers last in Florida? The stones last decades if the base and edge restraint are right. UV and salt age the look faster than the structure.
Can you reuse existing pavers? Often yes on a re-level if the stones are not broken. We tell you that on site.
Do you work on the barrier islands? Yes. St. Pete Beach is home base.
Price is quoted on the job after we see access, demo, drainage, and whether it is a driveway or a patio.
