Photographing Pre-Existing Adjacent Concrete Before a Pinellas Paver Job

A new paver field sits next to old concrete more often than it sits in a clean yard. City aprons, neighbor sidewalks, garage slabs, and pool decks already have cracks, spalls, and trip lips. If those are not photographed before we mobilize, they become our problem in week two.

PaverForge Hardscapes documents adjacent surfaces on the first visit and keeps the photos with the quote packet.

What we shoot

Garage-slab elevation versus proposed finish grade. City or HOA apron cracks. Neighbor walk joints that already offset. Pool-beam chips at the future isolation joint. Existing ponding after a hose test. Those pictures go in the file with the date.

When an HOA or a neighbor later asks why the sidewalk looks the same as it did in May, the answer is in the packet, not in a memory.

Bring us in early

Call 727-490-9798 before demolition if you want that documentation in writing. It is part of how we bid Pinellas lots, not an extra line item after a complaint.
