Pond-Pump Vault Isolation Pads

A pond or fountain pump sitting on patio bedding telegraphs a hum into the lanai and settles below the field. PaverForge isolates the vault on its own footing and cuts the pavers to a flush lid so the pump can come out without a tear-out.

How the pad is built

The vault footing sits below the bedding sand, not in it. A bond break keeps the pad from locking to the house slab or the pool beam. The lid is set to finished elevation. Pavers are cut to the frame so the joint does not become a trip edge.

Discharge and intake lines get sleeves through the base, not a trench patched with leftover sand. If the feature is salt or reclaimed water, metal lids are specified for the coastal air. The same detail works for small koi pumps and courtyard fountains.

Call 727-490-9798. A photo of the pump, the patio edge, and the water feature is enough to start. We serve St. Pete Beach, Palm Harbor, Largo, and the rest of Pinellas.
