Setting a Flush Landscape-Speaker Sleeve in a Finished Pinellas Patio
Outdoor speakers look simple until someone cores a finished patio and foams the wire in place. The next time a paver has to come up, the cable is the first thing that tears. PaverForge Hardscapes sets a flush sleeve so the speaker can be serviced without opening a two-foot circle in the field.
Sleeve before the sand, not after the party
The right time is during layout. We mark speaker points with the audio installer, drop a sleeve to the bedding, and cap it flush with the finished course. If the patio is already closed, we lift a small window, sleeve the existing wire, and close the same units back so the patch disappears.
Sleeve diameter matched to the speaker can or stake, not a guess
Cap set flush so chairs and a broom do not catch
Pull string left in unused drops for a future zone
Wire path kept out of the drainage pitch and out of the fire-feature ring
Work with the audio installer
We do not terminate speakers. We give the installer a clean sleeve and a dry path under the field. Call 727-490-9798 or email PaverForge@gmail.com before the patio sand goes down if landscape audio is on the plan.
The same sleeve logic applies to well lights and umbrella sockets. Once polymeric sand is locked, every afterthought is a repair, not a detail.
