Setting a Pool-Chlorinator Tablet-Feeder Pad Isolated From the Cage Footer
Tablet feeders and erosion chlorinators drip acid and chlorine onto whatever they sit on. When that something is the pool-deck field poured against the cage footer, the joints bleach and the first row of deck pavers becomes a chemical trough. PaverForge Hardscapes builds a small isolated pad with a spill lip so the feeder can be serviced without staining the deck.
Isolation and the spill lip
The pad is cut free of the cage footer and the equipment slab. A slightly raised soldier-course lip keeps a bottle knock-over on the pad. We pitch to a neutralizing basin or to a dedicated dry well, not back into the deck weeps.
What the pool tech needs
Clear lid swing, a place to set a bucket, and a hose bib within reach. If a salt cell already has its own waste pad, this tablet pad stays separate so two chemistries do not share one stained corner.
Bundle with a deck refresh
If the existing feeder corner is already white and crumbling, we lift those rows and rebuild the pad as part of the deck job. 727-490-9798.
