Setting a Pool-Cleaner Wall-Fitting Sleeve Through a Finished Pinellas Pool Deck

Pool crews often add a cleaner wall fitting after the paver deck is already down. A sloppy cut leaves a rocking unit, a trip edge, and a joint that raveles every time the hose is dragged across the field.

PaverForge Hardscapes sleeves the fitting through the deck as a planned penetration. The body sits in the compacted base, the pavers cut tight to the escutcheon, and the field still holds a two-percent pitch off the pool beam.

What we set before the cleaner is commissioned

The sleeve is isolated from the plaster so equipment vibration does not telegraph into the joints. We leave a cleanable gap at the fitting, not a smear of polymeric that will haze and crack. If the existing deck has to be opened, we lift a repair band, compact the base, and blend leftover units so the patch does not read as a square.

Call 727-490-9798 with photos of the beam, the proposed fitting location, and the nearest drain. We coordinate with the pool contractor instead of fighting the schedule on deck day.
