Setting an Irrigation Fertigation-Tank Pad in a Pinellas Side Yard
Side-yard fertigation tanks stain everything they drip on. Iron and fertilizer leave a rust halo on pavers, and a tank that sits on soil settles until the injection line kinks. PaverForge Hardscapes sets a small contained pad so the tank, injector, and shutoff stay level and the overflow does not run across the drive.
Containment, not just a square of pavers
The pad is a few square feet with a soldier edge, a slight dish toward a splash basin, and enough mass that a full tank does not rock. We keep it off the house stucco and off the AC condensate line so two trades are not fighting one corner.
Level pad sized for tank plus injector and a shutoff
Pinned edge so the dish does not wander into the lawn
Splash basin or trapped drain for overflow and service spills
Clearance from the meter, AC pad, and hose bib
Stain control after the fact
If the old tank already branded the drive, we can clean the halo after the new pad is in and the irrigation tech has moved the tank. Call 727-490-9798 or email PaverForge@gmail.com to set a fertigation pad before the next fill.
PaverForge Hardscapes works these small utility pads across St. Pete Beach, Largo, Clearwater, and Palm Harbor. They are cheap insurance compared with a stained herringbone field.
